Arrival Instructions

IMPORTANT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: 

The rental period begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Our properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Additionally, maintenance items are also completed during the vacancy period. If you are found to have occupied the property prior to the 4:00 p.m. check-in time without approval, a charge of 1/2 day’s regular room rate will be automatically added to your account for that day. This includes moving bags in to the property, or parking automobiles at the property. Additionally, in the event that this situation occurs, any housekeeping or maintenance issues that are reported upon arrival will not be addressed until the following day.

MyLifestyle30a knows how important it is for everyone to get to the beach as soon as possible. We have a few necessary items to get you started, so you don't have to sprint to the store right away. 

Starter Amenities

• 2 Dishwasher Pods
• Travel Size Dish Soap
• 2-5 Kitchen Trash Bags
• 1 Roll of Paper Towels
• 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper in each bathroom.
• Bar of soap in all bathrooms for hand washing.
• 1 Travel Size Soap/body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each Bathroom

Items You May Need

We want you to be able to enjoy as much time at the beach as possible. In a effort to save you time at the stores when you arrive, we have prepared a small list of items you will need while you are here.

What to Bring

• Extra Dish Soap 
• Laundry Detergent
• Beach Towels 
• Suntan Lotion
• Extra Paper Towels 
• Extra Toilet Paper
• Trash Bags
• Foil, Plastic Wrap and Sandwich Bags if needed
• Beach items: Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Cooler (NOTE: Some owners supply items like beach chairs. Please review the property description)

Departure Instructions

It's never fun to say goodbye. We hope you have enjoyed your visit to the Emerald Coast, and that the MyLifestyle30A team has exceeded your expectations when it comes to vacation rentals. If so, and if you would like to reserve this property for a future stay, you can do so by going to MyLifestyle30a.com.

Just a few things we ask before you depart:

1. Please remember that check out time is 10:00 am. 

2. Load and start the dishwasher.

3. Sweep or vacuum all excess sand.

4. No need to start the washing machine, or strip the beds.  Simply pile your towels in the laundry room.

5. Please bag, and take out the garbage.

6. If your property has a grill, and you have used it, please clean before departure.
